[PR] Collect every 10 minutes by default, and keep 5 seconds for tests [skywalking-ai-sessionizer]

wu-sheng opened a new pull request, #9:
URL: https://github.com/apache/skywalking-ai-sessionizer/pull/9

   ## Why

Every pass that finds new records lands new files. A landed file is never appended to, and it is one
log record when it is sent. At the 5 second default, a watching collector wrote a small file for
every stream that moved, every 5 seconds. The shipped `asz.yaml`, the configuration page and the quick
start all gave 5 seconds with no advice to raise it. 5 seconds is a value for tests.

   ## What changes

   - **Default interval is 10 minutes**, in `asz.yaml` and in the compiled default
     (`config.DefaultInterval`), for both local adapters. `asz collect` and `asz server` still make a
pass when they start, so a new root fills right away. A configuration that sets `interval` keeps
     its value.
   - **Only tests set a short interval.** The Go tests already set their own. A scenario build now
writes `interval: 5s` into the configuration it creates, so `asz server` beside a `--every` feed
still picks up each session as it arrives. A directory an earlier build wrote without an interval
is brought up to date instead of refused.
   - **Docs.**
     - `configuration.md` gains "Choosing an interval": why minutes, what a short interval costs, and
       what tests use.
     - `quick-start.md`, `command-line.md`, `container-image.md` and the scenario guide say 10 minutes.
     - The `collect` skill and the 0.4.0 changelog are updated.

   ## Effects to know

   - The page of `asz view` checks the root for new rounds at the same interval, so with the default
     it refreshes every 10 minutes.
   - With only the `claude-code-otlp` receiver enabled, `asz collect` sends every 10 minutes, the
     compiled default.

   ## Tests

   - `TestBuildSwitchesCollectorModeAndKeepsWhatWasAppended` also checks that a feed build writes its
interval, and that an earlier build's configuration without one is accepted and updated.
   - Run locally: `go vet ./...`, golangci-lint (0 issues), `license-eye header check`,
`go test -race -count=1 ./...`, and every scenario through the built binary
(`asz scenario check`). The dependency license checks were not run; no dependency changed.
