SecureSoap (was SSLSoap) Part2 0f 3.

Please find attachment: SecureSoap-SRC-08312000.zip
enclosed. Full source and diff file based on XLMSoapV2_0.
Only 3 files were changed, this version does not have the
full security enhancements just the beta version of SSL,
Proxy tunneling and a new client Soap.properties file which
I needed for the Proxy configuration and the upcoming PKI
extensions. Any comments would be appreciated.
