   This issue will be closed once https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/14823 is merged. But I'm not very sure the flaky Python tests are all related with the issue. You can reopen this issue if Python tests are still flaky.

   the above segfault isn't the only issue, there's also flaky tests, recent example: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/runs/5567332966?check_suite_focus=true#step:11:568
   
   ```

       1405 ms: ./main ClientTest.testConnectTimeout (try #1)
       1323 ms: ./main ClientTest.testConnectTimeout (try #2)

   ```
