When reviewing the history of a project, the Info> menu in Whimsy is invaluable for being able to quickly scroll through the Prior Reports from a project or the roster, etc. and come right back to the project's agenda/comment/approval page.

Given the importance of the incubator, having this functionality enabled for every podling report within the Incubator's report would be valuable.  Bonus points for including specific commenting ability, and especially seeing the actual sign-off or comments from Mentors (which is an additional chunk of structured data that's only in podling reports, not TLP reports).
