[m2] Fixing a permission issue when deploying an artifact to a remote M2 repository.

Hi all Directory committers,

We've been suffering from the infamous permission problem of Maven 2.
Recently, I fixed it finally.

Please replace the wagon-ssh*.jar files in <M2_HOME>/lib with the attached
JAR files, then the problem goes away.  Easy, eh?

Please let me know this solution doesn't work.  I tested this against Maven
2.0.3.
