SSH Task and MindTerm

I heard that there has been some discussions here recently regarding
among other things the MindTerm ssh library and its licensing. I work
for AppGate which currently holds the rights to MindTerm.

I can not promise anything currently but we try to look positively of
projects like this.

As i understood from the discussion it would be enough if you were able
to distribute code which used the mindterm library without actually
including library. Is that correct?

I think so, but we also want to redist source which only compiles if the
mindterm libs are present. We do not want or need to redist the mindterm
libs themselves.

Absolutely.

We want to distribute the code (our code) in binary and source form
under the Apache Software License, which may allow others to
redistribute the same code under a very different license.

We have no intention to distribute the mindterm library at all.
