   ## This Improvement request (usability, performance, tech debt, etc.) affects these Traffic Control components:
   - Traffic Ops
   
   ## Current behavior:
   Traffic Ops requires a Tenant ID to be specified when creating an Origin via the property `tenantID`, but in all responses this ID is displayed as `tenantId`.
   
   ## New behavior:
   Representations should be consistent; this should be `tenantID` everywhere.
