    [TIKA-1354] Register ForkParser service in Activator and add simple test

    There is maybe another way but I didn't find it. It'll will be good if somebody with higher OSGI knowledge also look on it.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/hlavki/tika trunk

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/tika/pull/13.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
