[ANN] Cactus 1.6.1 has been released

The Cactus project is pleased to announce the release of version 1.6.1.
Cactus is a unit testing framework for testing server side java code.

Goals
-----

Bug fix release. A bug was introduced in version 1.6 which prevented
using the Servlet Test Runner with a custom stylesheet.
