I don't see a suite by this name any more anyway. It sounds like this would be a part of a larger change to refactor some non-test code to be not YARN-specific anyway.

> The test in _YarnShuffleEncryptionSuite_ requires _YarnSparkHadoopUtil_ which is in Yarn module. So we have to leave it in Yarn module instead of Core module. After SPARK-11807 is resolved, we will move the test back to Core module.
