[VOTE] cocoon.apache.org URLs (Re: are we ready to move to cocoon.apache.org?)

Perhaps http://cocoon.apache.org should contain *links* to the other urls
mentioned below (instead of just redirecting to one of them), so visitors
do not have to guess urls to find the documentation for various versions.
