J2M2 - Mapping XML File to Velocity

Hello,

i searched the list a lot and did not find a good solution for my problem.

I want to do the following:
I created a xml-file containing data i want to use in velocity within the
portal.

What is the easiest way, to bring the information of a simple xml-file up
to velocity, that i can access the data by using vtl ?

Must u use turbine ? or OJB ? Or is there a way to import in directly into
velocity ?
The #include or #parse functions of velocity do not manage to bring the
information up me that i can provess them by a loop or something like
this.

I need the information of the file within my decoration.
