I'm still suffering from this issue even after this PR when setting `rss.server.flush.localfile.threadPool.size` to a very large value like `1000` in high concurreny scenarios.
The resident memory of the shuffle server can grow larger than `Xmx + MaxDirectMemorySize`, and as time goes by, the OS will kill the Java process.
I think we still need to find out the reason. @rhh777 @jerqi
