ran old db4.1 hot-backup.py on svn-0.37/db-4.2 repos

I accidentally ran an old copy of hot-backup.py on a new
repository (repository v3, db 4.2). The old script called
db4.1_archive, db4.1_recover. This spewed a bunch of error
messages but things still seem to work. Was that harmless?

The error message was:

Running db_recover on the archived database:
db_recover: incorrect arguments for name-value pair: set_flags
db_recover: DB_ENV->open: Invalid argument
