Path-mapped servlet only works under /libs or /apps (was: SlingServlets - Query Params making listener break)

The SlingServletResolver can restrict such paths, I guess in your case
the org.apache.sling.servlets.resolver.SlingServletResolver
configuration contains a servletresolver.paths value that activates
this restriction.
