You should be able to reproduce this same overlap issue with the reduced config below:

option = {
animation: false,
dataZoom: [
{
"type": "slider",
"show": true
}
],
color: ['#003366', '#e5323e'],
legend: {
data: ['Forest', 'Desert']
},
xAxis: [
{
type: 'time'
}
],
yAxis: [
{
type: 'value'
