disable solr jenkins tasks?

I've noticed that nearly all solr tests (225 tests failing) have been
failing for hours in jenkins.

I have serious doubts whether any solr committers are even looking at test
failures. Can we disable solr jobs in jenkins so that lucene gets more test
coverage?

I will take a look when my commute ends and do my best to make some
progress. Some of those failures were my fault on SOLR-4760.

If the tests continue to fail, +1 to disabling.
