   Adds a manually-triggered "Reset staging to main" workflow. It force pushes
   the current `main` to the `staging` branch, so `staging` points exactly at
   `main`, and then dispatches the "Build docs" workflow on `staging` so the
   staging site is rebuilt.
   
   - Uses `--force-with-lease`, so the push fails if `staging` changes while the
     run is in progress.
   - Records the previous and new `staging` SHAs in the job summary.
   - `main` is never modified.
