URENT HELP NEEDED! :) hehe

(Im start a free webhosting company)
I would like to put advertisements on user pages. I don't want advertisements to be on EVERY page..I would like to be able to turn it off to like some users..

Anyways, I would like the users too have 2 options of advertising. 1st option is too have the popup advertisement to automatically popup when someone views some page on their site..this will also add the adcode on php/cgi scripts too :) 2nd option would be too insert a code like <!-- advert-here --> and that would be replaced with the ad code..e.g <a href="ad"><img src="ad.gif"></a>. The ad code will be random and will be generate via a cgi script I made. :)

NOTE: If you do not know how to do what all I am doing, PLEASE PLEASE point me too someone who does. THANKS A TON TON TON! :)

                                                         Sincerely,

try mod_layout from http://software.tangent.org/ its free and it will
automaticly add the ad code after the <body> tage of the web page, you
can also have some users with no ads + have it aotmaticly add a popup
if there is no <body> tag. also what will be your URL?
