coredumps on FreeBSD
After following Marc's suggested change to allow FreeBSD 2.2 to
dump core, I can confirm Chuck's finding that the cores supplied
are garbage. From digging around in a couple of these core files,
and the log associated with the server show that these may (_may_)
be the product of HEAD requests.
Still looking. Ideas welcome.

Try allocating a global char save_the_url[HUGE_STRING]; and writing the
url in that in read_request_line. Then you don't have to worry so much
about the request structure making any sense at the SEGV time.

I'll remove the modules that I don't use.. just in case someone wants
to try to blame one module.

More datapoints. My irix servers are not coredumping at all (after I
fixed a bug in my own code). My linux servers are coredumping at a rate
of something like .005%. The linux servers have static content only,
mod_include and mod_cgi aren't even built in, I'll include the actual
module list below.
I have yet to get a core file though. It's probably similar to freebsd.
