Federation configuration needs some additional accessor and type info methods to allow configuration via properties

This sort of thing should be possible:

federationConfigurations.one.queuePolicies.allQueues.includes.all.queueMatch=#
federationConfigurations.one.upstreamConfigurations.app1.policyRefs=allQueues
federationConfigurations.one.upstreamConfigurations.app1.connectionConfiguration.staticConnectors=tls-to-ds-1
