The new web-console has a dependency on Palantir Blueprint (https://github.com/palantir/blueprint/blob/develop/LICENSE) which uses a license based on the Apache license.
This license is not on the list of approved licenses (https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html) but the added clause is similar to the BSD 3-clause license which is allowed.
I've opened an Apache LEGAL issue to ask if Blueprint can be included: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-436
