Currently 'mvn install... (distribution profile)' installs all artifacts to the local maven repo except for the python artifact. Also, 'mvn deploy... (distribution profile)' deploys all artifacts to the snapshot repo except for the python artifact.

The python artifact should be included in install and deploy.
