mod_proxy/1024: SSL CONNECT does not work, when ProxyRemote is used.

It seems that mod_proxy is not able to
handle a CONNECT request if a remote proxy is specified via
ProxyRemote. The request is forwarded to the remote proxy,
but always runs into a timeout.

Someone needs to take a closer look at the SSL tunneling
implementation in proxy_connect.c
