In my organization there is a requirement that all avro datasets stored on HDFS should be compressed. Currently, this requires invoking setCodec() manually on all AvroOutputFormat instances. To ease setting up AvroOutputFormat instances, we'd like to be able to configure default codec site-wide, ideally via flink-conf.yaml
