Font differences in headless and non-headless mode.

Hi,

I have come across this bug #111292 [1]

Basically, if I export document in headless mode (using UNO) to pdf or
any other format, then the fonts are missing (I get squares in place
of characters). But if I do the same without -headless switch, then
exporting works fine and all characters are preserved.

As I can conclude from comment 23 [2] on the issue, it is possible to
configure OOo such that it correctly handles fonts in headless mode.
But how do I do this? Which files should I edit? There is too little
information about this.

Thanks in advance.
