I am a 53 year woman nurse not a computer programmer!! wow.. this is so hard to
get any help in the first place
perhaps you can help me tried everything I know..
brand new computer, windows 8, transferred documents from old, via flash drive
installed open office, opened file, my employment resume of all things and now
frozen 3 days. turning off computer odes nothing.. will not close minimize,
nothing.. no other files will open, can not uninstall open office.. with tab
open... can not acess open office window at all nothing.. looks like my
computer has been ruin by this
I really don't have money to take to this to the geek squad etc.. thanks
oh now frozen in the uninstall mode... can not access my desktop except from
the back end
