   openjdk version "11.0.22" 2024-01-16 LTS
   
   ### Operating system
   
   macOS
   
   ### What happened?
   
   The Redshift Bulk Loader transform contains code that either truncates or pads string fields up to the desired length. 
   Truncating is useful, but padding creates more problems than it solves.
   Suggested solution is to remove the padding functionality for now and add it back later as an option if required.
