Questions about creating jira account

Hi,
It seems that JIRA access are disabled by default and I can't create an account by myself.

I would appreciate that if anyone could create an account for me. I am interested and want to
contribute to the following ticket:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/KAFKA/issues/KAFKA-10897
