Debugging Jelly?
Hello...
I'm having a lot of problems generating stuff (xdoclet in particular).
I see errors in the maven.log file but am not sure what to do about them.
Any suggestions how best to debug problems idenfied in maven.log?

I'm not exactly clear what you mean by these not usually problems.
Do you mean I can ignore these? maven -e doesn't do anything
unusual (no crashes, exceptions, etc.).
By looking at this maven.log file output it does seem clear that
some tag parsing is failing and that this failure could be causing
a "derailed-train" effect (basically knocking the parer off-track and
breaking later tags).
For example, later in this output I see that maven couldn't create
the ejbdoclet tag, which is probably why my ejbdoclet isn't working.
I don't think its fair to blame ejbdoclet (xdoclet) prematurely if
in fact it's being handed mangled tags to begin with. Not yet
understanding the internals of maven, by just looking at this
log output it seems this might be a possibility. Even running a
trivial (non-xdoclet) hello world type app I always get the first
few logs about nested path element, so something is out-of-sync.
