Hi, I'm Seokchan, GSoC student

Hi,

I am Seokchan, a GSoC student for this summer. I’m very happy to work with you!

I am a senior grader of Seoul National University, majoring in Computer Science and Engineering. 

I will work on exposing features(node lables, preemption) on resource managers(YARN and MESOS). I hope I can contribute to this project as much as I can!
