Apache module in c ,handling the POST request

 I am trying so many ways to handle the POST request,but unable to access
data.Same process i am following as GET method,but getting 404 NOT FOUND
(The requested URL /xxx was not found on this server) error.
  could anyone suggest me step by step how to handle the post request and
display it on browser.
