[jira] [Commented] (YETUS-119) docker cleanup should be less verbose in non-debug mode

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YETUS-119?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14969342#comment-14969342 ]

Allen Wittenauer commented on YETUS-119:
----------------------------------------

It's actually intentionally verbose. As you discovered :), the first run on a machine is quite chatty and can be surprising. Subsequent runs aren't nearly so loud. I erred on the side of caution so that there is less surprise. But there probably should be an option that says "don't care, don't log"

> I turned on docker mode for the yetus precommit job and got a nice giant screen full of docker noise:
> (build is saved until this jira closes)
> a simple "I'm cleaning up docker" with the output in a log would be preferable if things are not in debug mode.
