file to convert to PDF
Open tstPDF.odt,.then, perform one of:
step_0: Select all (^a); Click File>ExportAsPDF>Selection to tstPDFsel.pdf.
Open tstPDFsel.pdf with any PDF reader: 4 parag after 'b' have wrong styles.
step_1: Click PDF to tstPDF.pdf. Open tstPDF.pdf: no error.

Your document is malformed. You use numbering style instead of heading to set
your titles.
This is an end-user problem and not a bug.
