[Proposal] Virtual domain solution

I have just spent the weekend working on a modification for the server
to support virtual domains. The solution I came up with requires
maintaining the config.xml file, with some modification to that may even
allow for separate xml files. If another developer would be helpful
enough to check over my code, I would appreciate it. By the way this is
