[PATCH] German translation

Hi Folks,

here's my first go at a German translation for Subversion. It's about 50%
complete, so I think it's time to get some feedback before running off into
the wrong direction. Sending this to dev and user, because people on both
lists were shouting that they are willing to help with the translation.

Please don't send patches attached as "application/octet-stream",
"text/plain" is much preferred.

I could not get your patch to apply cleanly, but I managed to extract the 
de.po file. I will review it as soon as I find the time (maybe tonight, maybe 
tomorrow night) and we should get together per PM to discuss how I can start 
translating as well without duplicating efforts.
