[Issue 124064] Document with Chart for lots of values causes CRASH with message "Fatal Error - Bad Allocation"

I can confirm the document opens quickly in 1516435, which is now Git commit
334aff22543c984093b19f3d62460864ecb687cc, and gives "bad allocation" in
1530680, which is now Git commit 58a710212d90860fe18cdb22f67014b5297207e1.
That's a range of 111 commits, which can be git bisected.
