Documentation bug

It would be good if the httpd.conf-dist were to include the following text
under:
 
# User/Group: The name (or #number) of the user/group to run httpd as.
# On SCO use User nouser, Group nogroup

User nobody doesn't work on SCO.

Why don't we include the conf directory as a candidate for patches? That's
why I did my last patch from the root instead of src/.
