Website

I finally got our Apache website online. http://xml.apache.org/xindice 
This is still very temporary until the forrest project charts the course 
for the future, but it is better then what we have now. The description 
text is definitely first draft quality but I wanted to get something up to 
get started. If you want to help out with this please let me know.
