Add Postman configuration

Hi All,

I have seen many time that whenever new student or developer come to
contribute. They struggle alot to test the APIs. Victor have created
postman configuration (
https://github.com/openMF/fiinwallet/blob/master/postman/FINERACT.postman_collection.json
).

why don't we add these in Apache Fineract main project? What do you think?

Send a PR. You could also create an issue on JIRA to track this feature.
