    Description: 
Start / Stop / Enable / Disable should not propagate to child process groups if access policy "operate the component" is not set.

The icons should be grayed when right click on the background.

 

The current behaviour allows to play a lot of dataflows too easyly, which can have catastrophic consequences if the menu is clicked by mistake
