Slider 0.91 rc0 soon

Gour asked me offline yesterday if I can take up the RM work for an 0.91 
release as he's been bogged down and will be unable to do it.

I hope to get an rc0 out today or tmrw, FYI

Also, if anyone thinks of something they'd like to get in the release, 
just mark it as Blocker and fixVersion=0.91.

Gour just told me offline that there were a few issues that are marked 
for 0.91 that have commits but weren't resolved and that he will take 
care of them.
