Time of Ozone Community Sync has been changed

Hi all,

As we discussed at the last Community Meeting the following meetings 
will be held one hour earlier to make it (slightly) more India/Asia 
friendly:

The new times:

5 PM UTC,
6 PM Budapest
9 AM Seattle/Vancouver/Palo Alto
10 AM Denver
10:30 PM India
