Planned release date for 2.5.22?
Hi,
Is there a planned release date for 2.5.22?
We are affected by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GROOVY-10918 and
are unable to upgrade to Groovy 3+

Hi John,
Thanks for the suggestion. We have quite a big application so tracking
down all of the places where we use this pattern would be onerous. I would
rather wait for the patch release and get the issue addressed
holistically. If there is a planned release date for the patch then I can
manage expectations with my stakeholders.

The current plan is before the end of the month, probably next week. I
don't think there is much more planned for that branch before release but
we've only a handful of fixes on the 3_0_X and 4_0_X branches and we'll
likely want to make a few more changes to one of those. We normally release
a couple (sometimes 3) branches together.
