[VOTE] Apache OpenMeetings 3.3.1 Release Candidate 1
Dear OpenMeetings Community,
I would like to start a vote about releasing Apache OpenMeetings 3.3.1 RC1
Main changes are:
* Clustering works as expected
* SIP works as expected
* Multiple issues in web services were fixed
* RTMPT mode is fixed
* Multiple UI improvements
Other fixes and improvements, 15 issues were fixed

This VOTE is canceled due to following issue: user is not being removed
from room on room exit (caused by the fix for OPENMEETINGS-1677
