The dirname task does not work consistently with the UNIX dirname command. Here
are the behaviors:

Given a subdirectory named "tmp", here are the respective results:

Path            UNIX        Ant
dirname tmp     .           .
dirname tmp/    .           .
dirname tmp/.   tmp         .
