2.0.3 and 2.1 SNAPSHOT deployed...

Just FYI:

I've ported all the non JAXWS 2.1 and JAXB 2.1 and java2ws stuff from 
trunk to the 2.0.x branch and deployed a new 2.0.3 snapshot.   This 
should have the major fixes, but not have the issues running on Java 6 
that trunk would have.
