[Issue 126106] Document is corrupt when saving doc version

I was able to replicate the bug, here are the steps,
Create a .odt document
Reopen it and then do a Save As .doc
Upload it to OnDrive 
Try opening it, you see an error.
I was able to reproduce this is OO 4.1.1, OS- Win 7

However when I first attempted to save the file as .doc I was not able to
replicate this issue, it was only when I was saving a .odt to a .doc I saw this
error

This error would impact in the market place if a user does not have OpenOffice
and needs to have Word to open and edit the document.
