AbstractEnvironment

Can someone explain to me why getAction is part of the environment
interface? I don't see the reason...

Can someone please enlighten me?

I've asked this question a few months ago, but as I remember nobody could
give a definite answer to it.
Another question was: why 'cocoon-action' name is hardcoded and not
configurable in sitemap.
