   Currently in the add origins page for a DS only the host, cache group, and profile are listed. This can become problematic when you have multiple origins all with the same host, i.e. east.ds1-origin.com, east.d2-origin.com. All you see in the list is 'east'

   We should add the full domain to also be shown in that page, or at least have it as an optional toggle since the page has toggle-able fields

   To be clear, I believe you're referring to the _(editing a DS page)_ > `More` > `Manage Servers` > `More` > `Assign ORG Servers` view?
